PsychoPath Haunted Attraction features intense scares, violent scenes, realistic props, special effects, and numerous strobe and flashing lights. These effects may not be suitable for everyone and may pose risks to individuals sensitive to flashing lights.

Parental discretion is strongly advised for children under 14 years of age. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether this experience is appropriate for their children.

Our actors are playing characters, and some may be sarcastic, insulting, intimidating, or downright mean. They may make fun of you or use humor ranging from lighthearted jokes to edgy or offensive comedy. This is intentional and part of the haunted attraction experience. Do not assume an actor is being genuinely hostile simply because they insult or tease you in character.

If you are easily offended, uncomfortable with being verbally teased, or unable to take a joke, this experience may not be for you.

HOWEVER, THERE IS A LINE. In-character insults and jokes are part of the show; genuine harassment, threats, unwanted physical contact, and abusive behavior outside the intended performance are not acceptable. Guests are expected to respect our staff and other visitors. Likewise, our actors are expected to maintain appropriate boundaries. Anyone who crosses these boundaries may be removed from the attraction without a refund.

By choosing to enter, you acknowledge that this attraction contains intense scares, potentially offensive humor, flashing lights, and other potentially disturbing effects. If you choose to leave early because you are frightened, offended, uncomfortable, or simply change your mind, you will not receive a refund.

No drugs, alcohol, or weapons of any sort permitted on premises.  

Customers are not permitted to touch the actors, though actors may touch you. 

No Refunds. All Sales Are Final.

We employ armed security staff, including police officers, throughout our facility.

• No foul language, action, or abuse towards staff of any sort. Be civilized. It's Simple.
• Those who are ejected from the facility will not receive a refund and will not be allowed to return to the facility.
• No pets, outside food, outside beverages, flashlights, or laser pointers.
• Food and beverages purchased at our facility are only allowed in the food area, and waiting lines, and are not allowed inside the attractions.
• No photos or videos inside the attractions, but are welcome to outside, and in the waiting lines.
• PSYCHOPATH HAUNT is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have heart conditions or are in general poor health. If you have any of these conditions, we highly recommend you refrain from visiting PSYCHOPATH HAUNTED ATTRACTION.
